Under $200 freight is $20

Under $200 Freight is $15

over $200 is Free anywhere in Australia.

However we do charge $40 for eaqh pair of skis or snowboard to ship anywhere in australia,

Online Store – orders can be made simply by selecting the item(s) you wish to purchase, and clicking on the 'add to cart' button located at the bottom of each image.  Once you have finalised your purchases you can proceed to the checkout.  Orders can be placed by credit card using our secure server SecurePay, or direct bank deposit.  An acknowledgement email will be sent to you once the transaction has been completed.

We use Australia Post as our preferred supplier of delivery service and your parcel will be delivered by mail.  Please note that you must thoroughly check your parcel for damage caused in transit PRIOR to signing for it. If the parcel is signed for and transit damage is evident, insurance is voided.  Please note that whilst we take great care with packaging, we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or discrepancies that occur during transit.

If you have orded skis or snowboards or bulky items we will send via a courier to a physical address not a post office box.

Yes we are happy to ship to Australia post, unless you have ordered skis or snowboards other bulky items as they will not be accepted by Australia post and will need to come via a courier to a physical address.

We will be using couriers which will need to be signed for. You may find it easer to use a business address, however we are happy to ship to your home. Skis and snowboards will not be shipped to a post office box.

Clothing Sizes are generally the same or close to the measurements in the chart below.

Refund Policy

Alpsport will replace or refund any product that is found to be defective.

Note: it is the responsibility of the customer to provide proof of purchase

Delivery cost will not be refunded as they are consumed at the time of invoice.

Exchange policy

Alpsport will exchange any item in new condition in original packaging with proof of purchase in 14 days.

We cannot warranty items that are not within the warranty period outlined by the individual manufacture (usually 12 months).
