Refund Policy

Alpsport will replace or refund any product that is found to be defective.

Note: it is the responsibility of the customer to provide proof of purchase

Note: the customer is responsible for the return freight charges.

Delivery cost will not be refunded as they are consumed at the time of invoice.

Exchange Policy

Alpsport will exchange any item in new condition in original packaging with proof of purchase in 14 days.

Note: it is the responsibility of the customer to provide proof of purchase

Note: the customer is responsible for the return freight charges.

We cannot warranty items that are not within the warranty period outlined by the individual manufacture (usually 12 months).
